Kelly Algier earned a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Harvard University and is a certified Executive and Leadership Coach.

Leadership and teamwork are complex in today's global, fast-paced world. Kelly Algier deeply understands that world and applies a systems approach to her coaching as well as other evidenced based approaches from renowned academics and practitioners.
In the last twenty years, Kelly Algier held leadership positions in numerous companies in the banking industry, a management consulting firm and a tech start-up. She is a Canadian living and working abroad in numerous countries over 20 years, and is a proud mother of three children.
